I love this backpack. It has a bunch of pins (many of them made by yours truly) and a tribal band I hand sewed above the pouch.
My Grandpa got me a cool balloon and asked me to pose by it. I love these tights, I want to wear them year round.
My Night School Friend, Farrah, baked me these awesome cupcakes for my birthday (: She put Nutella on the top because she remembered that I hate vanilla and made them pink to match my hair.

Sometimes you find visual inspiration in the strangest places.

I like to look at old family photographs and scoff and my Grandpa's old mustache and gush at how pretty my Grandmother was and how cool the outfits were and how nice and soft the pictures came out. I've updated my flickr with them, and maybe one day I'll try and re-create some of the pictures of my Grandma (when I don't have pink hair, that is.) Here are some photos for your viewing pleasure:

So I finally did it!

I took the plunge and dyed my hair pink after what seemed like decades of talking about it. Here it is:

excuse the weird face and the mess of clothes on the floor, I was getting crafty!

Paying homage to all of these fabulous women (I really wish I could have thought of more.)

Halloween Shopping with the Grandparents

Feeling pretty witchy today:

Top: Goodwill (origin: Marshalls)
Cami: Charlotte Russe
Skirt: Pacsun
Bag: Salem Witch Museum
Boots: Bakers

Things I bought today: pentagram necklace, leather/silver chain choker with skull, 2 small black picture frames, a pair of floral earrings, a scarf, cobweb tights, long black fake nails.

Lizzie McGuire screencaps

Not gonna lie, I spent 30 minutes of my life watching the Lizzie McGuire Halloween special on YouTube and loved every second of it. Here are some of my favorite screen caps.

Kate and Gordo's costumes were awesome (Gordo always makes me swoon), I loved the Day of the Dead imagery, and Miranda has the funkiest hairstyles ever.
